Covid - 19 Information

Dear Families,

First off, I hope you all are staying healthy during this incredibly uncertain time.  Next, I would like to acknowledge the questions surrounding camp and the current situation. As of now, we are following the guidelines put forth by Governor Baker, and are hoping the Phase two will allow for us to continue with camp. I am sure it will look a little different with stricter guidelines to ensure safety, but I have every intention of running camp if we are permitted. 

As new information becomes available to me, I will be generating update messages, such as this, to keep you informed.  Below you will find the camp cancellation/refund policy for your reference. 

As we get closer to the potential opening date, Phase two specific guidelines will be detailed out to families. 

My ultimate goal, keeping safety at the forefront, is to run the 5 weeks of camp. My own children are looking forward to camp, as I am sure you and your kids will be ready to get out with friends again. However, if we are not able to run the earlier camps in the summer we will be looking to add additional weeks throughout the summer. 

I just want to thank you all for your support and enthusiasm with Panther Premier Soccer Camp, along with your patience for this process. 

When you register for Panther Premier Soccer Camp, our camp depends on your child’s participation to make it successful. 

Below you will find our refund/credit guidelines: 

If Panther Premier Soccer  camp is canceled (due to the Covid 19 pandemic) we will be issuing all campers a full refund for the camp week minus the ($15 administrative fee per camper) or you may choose a full week credit of camp during the summer of 2021. 

Alternative options if camp is being RUN 

Option 1: 

Camp week is being held  and your child has an unforeseen medical condition confirmed by a doctors note. Families will receive a refund (minus the $15.00 administrative fee per camper) Families must submit a doctors note and contact camp director at least 5 days prior to the camp start date to receive the refund . 

Option 2: 

If your child is attending an earlier week of camp and you are not comfortable sending them to camp during their registered week. You will have the option to move their camp registration to a later camp week during the 2020 summer season.
